– Refueling Options: Pay in advance for a full tank of fuel and return the vehicle with an empty tank. $12 + taxes. (If you do not select the fuel service option and return the vehicle with less than a full tank, you will pay a fixed fuel service charge of $15 + taxes.)
Optional Theft Protection
We offer optional theft protection for $5/day. In the event your vehicle is stolen, your responsibility will be reduced to a $800 deductible. Without coverage, you must pay the full price of the vehicle and the cost of recovering the non-returned vehicle. This does not cover any form of liability, medical, or collision damage insurance.
Cancellation and refund policy for prepaid reservations
– Cancellation of reservations due to clients misbehavior will be charge in 100%.
– Reservations cancelled by customer with less than 12 hours notice will be charged in 100%.
– Reservations cancelled by customer with 13-24 hours notice will be charged in 50%.
– If customer returns and closes their rental early for less days than originally reserved, the customer will not be refunded any unused portion of the payment.
